Holiday Office Closings

The Rental Office and Clubhouse will be closed on January 1, 2011.

The Waterford Staff & Community would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and to bid a fond farewell to all of you leaving our lovely community this quarter. We wish you lots of luck in your new ventures and should you happen back this way, please stop by!

To all of our residents celebrating their special day during January, February, and March. We hope all your birthday wishes come true. We would also like to wish our best to anyone celebrating an anniversary, a birth or any other day that may be special to you and your families.

 

 

Referral Fee

 

Receive a $200 referral fee. If your referral signs a year Lease with Waterford, we will give you a $200 concession off your next month's rent.

 

 

Disposing of your Holiday tree….

Please wrap the tree in a sheet prior to carrying it into or out of your apartment. The pine needles, when dried out, get very sharp and can actually puncture your feet.  The dried needles are also very hard to vacuum up in the hallways. Please dispose of your tree in the dumpster. If you are physically unable to get the tree in the dumpster, please call the Rental Office. Thank you.

RENTERS INSURANCE.  All Resident are required to keep Insurance current during tenancy.  A renter’s insurance policy includes coverage for personal possessions and a minimum of $100,000.00 General Liability Coverage; that cover damages from Fire, Smoke, Explosion and Water.  Your policy must name Waterford Apartments as an “Interested Party” and a copy of this coverage provided to the rental office.  Proof of this coverage must be provided at move in and all subsequent lease renewals. You may send a Third Party Insurance form (available in the Rental Office) to your insurance carrier to provide this information to us.

 

Entrance Gate - As a reminder the entrance gate is not a security gate. It is a controlled access gate to keep out unwanted vehicular traffic. Please give your visitors the gate code. If your visitors call the Rental Office, they will need to know your name and address to enter. Also, please remind your guests not to follow a vehicle through the gate when entering the property. The gate will come down after each vehicle passes through.

Valentine Dinner

Please stop by the Rental Office to fill out an entry ticket the first week in February or when you drop off your February rent. We will be giving away two gift certificates to The Olive Garden. It's a perfect way to spend Valentine's Day with a loved one.

 

Rental Office Drop BoxLocated by the entry door to the Club House.  You may use the Rental Office Drop Box for making rent payments, correspondence, suggestions of any type, including renovations of the apartments or the community in general.  You are using the Rental Office Drop Box at your own risk.  The US Postal Service mail box is located inside the Club House in the Lounge. 

 

Maintenance Corner

In February our Maintenance staff will be changing A/C filters and our Housekeepers will be cleaning and sealing countertops.  The air filters are located on the hvac unit itself and not in the air intake panel in the living room.  The unit in a one bedroom apartment is located in the bedroom and in a two bedroom apartment the unit is located in the small bedroom closet.  Please ensure that these areas are cleared away from the access panels and/or doors. Please remove all items from your countertop to ensure proper cleaning and sealing of the granite countertop. 

 

A Manager's Visit will also be conducted in conjunction with the preventive maintenance.

 

A NOTICE WILL BE PUT ON YOUR FRONT DOOR

48 HOURS PRIOR TO PERFORMING

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.

 

Hallway carpet will be cleaned during February. Notices will be posted.
