- Fill out the application online and submit it electronically directly to our office through a secure site.
- After the application is submitted you will have the option to pay for your application fee using your credit card or automatic withdrawal from you checking or savings account. The application fee is $32 per adult.

| Resident Selection Criteria |
There will be an application fee of $32.00 per person. Proof of income is required to rent an apartment. You must make atleast two and a half times the monthly rent in order to qualify. This figure is your GROSS earnings. Please email or fax your MOST RECENT paystubs along with your application. This will ensure quick processing of your application.
